1. Agreement
By using flavva.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products
FLAVVA sells refrigerated Mediterranean dips and related foods. Descriptions, images, and prices may change. Store and handle products as labeled (keep refrigerated).
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment processor. Applicable taxes (including GST/QST for Quebec) are shown before you confirm.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to Quebec. Free refrigerated shipping applies on orders over CAD $60 to those destinations, subject to rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.
5. Eligibility
You represent that you can legally enter a contract and use a valid payment method.
6. Intellectual property
FLAVVA names, logos, site copy, and media are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. Liability

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Quebec courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
